We are on ground floor level so are wheelchair friendly.
OUR PROMISE
We confirm all gluten free dishes are cooked totally separately in their own fryer and wok with their own dedicated chopping board and ladles so zero cross contamination. We make the core sauces in house so know hand on heart what the base ingredients are and have chosen naturally gluten free ingredients. We also confirm we have zero loose flour on site. We take catering for our coeliac and gluten intolerant customers with the utmost of seriousness. We want to keep our customers 100% safe and happy - we even have gluten free beer !
This also applies for vegan dishes. We promise those dishes are cooked totally separately from meat dishes.
Since 1959, our family have served the Manchester community with our family inspired Chinese food dishes. Our restaurant continues with the third generation of women restaurateurs who share a passion for Chinese food and a love for Manchester.
